Getting started
- Install MetaVPN from Google Play.
- Open the app and tap connect.
- Approve the VPN permission prompt from Android — this is required to encrypt your connection.
- You're protected. The app shows a connected status once the tunnel is active.
Connection issues
If you can't connect or the connection drops, try these in order:
- Toggle the connection off and on again.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out the network.
- Make sure the Android VPN permission is still granted (Settings → Network & internet → VPN).
- Restart the app, then restart your device.
- Update to the latest version on Google Play, or reinstall.

Subscriptions & billing
- Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. You won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
- Manage or cancel: open the Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MetaVPN. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
- Prices: shown in Google Play and may vary by region.
- Refunds: billing is handled by Google Play, so refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Restore purchase: sign in with the same Google account you subscribed with, and your plan restores automatically.
